Terms of Service

Submitting an inquiry begins a conversation; it does not confirm a booking. Sessions and projects are confirmed once details, scheduling and payment terms have been agreed in writing.

Readings are offered to clients 18 years of age or older, for insight and reflection purposes, and do not replace professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

No specific outcome is guaranteed, and you remain responsible for your own decisions.

Project scope, deliverables, timelines and usage rights are confirmed in a written agreement before production begins.

Final imagery and design files are delivered after the agreed balance has been received. Raw or unedited files are not released.

We understand that life happens. Rescheduling requests made with reasonable notice will be accommodated where possible; deposits secure creative time and may be non-refundable.

All website content, photography and original design work remains the property of Daija Howard unless usage rights are granted in writing.

Content on this website, including daily horoscopes, is provided as-is for reflection and entertainment purposes.
